The funds can be used by the recipient to refinance mortgage loans from other banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan at Halyk Bank, as well as Halyk Bank loan at another bank.
The transfer of funds from the special account will be performed by the Bank electronically after the customer provides Confirming documentation.
After submitting an online application for LSPP in Halyk app, a Bank manager will contact you within 2 business days. The Bank manager will explain the next steps and the list of documents* required to be provided to the Bank manager.
* Before submitting the application to the UAPF, you should already have the Decision of the Authorized Body of the Bank (in electronic format from Halyk Bank) and a consent letter from a second-tier bank regarding the refinancing of their loan (original, the document is provided to the manager at Bank outlet).

After submitting your online application for LSPP in Halyk app, a Bank manager will contact you within two business days. The Bank manager will inform you of your next steps and the list of documents required to submit to a Bank outlet (if necessary).
1. The use of the LSPP for its intended purpose should be completed within 10 business days of receipt into the customer's special account (the day the LSPP is credited to the customer's special account is not counted);
2. If the LSPP is not used for its intended purpose within 10 business days, the amount is subject to return to the UAPF within the timeframes established by the authorized operator and not contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
