You can activate Apple Pay via the Halyk app or the Wallet app.

Via the Halyk app:
1. Open the Halyk app.
2. In the “Accounts” section, select a card and click “Apple Pay.”
3. Click the “Add to Apple Wallet”.

Via the Apple Wallet app:
1. Choose Wallet and click +.
2. Tap “Continue” and fill in your card details.
3. After your bank or card issuer verifies the card, click “Next.”

Done! Now you can make purchases with Apple Pay.

Apple Pay is linked to all Visa and MasterCard cards from Halyk Bank (except for corporate cards), including virtual cards.

You can pay with Apple Pay using your iPhone and Apple Watch wherever contactless payments are accepted.

To pay with your iPhone and Face ID:
• Double-click the side button. Your iPhone will automatically identify you using Face ID.
• Hold your iPhone near the contactless payment terminal.
• If the payment is successful, your iPhone will display “Done” on the screen.

To pay with your iPhone and Touch ID:
• Double-click the Home button. Your iPhone will identify you using your fingerprint.
• Hold your iPhone near the contactless payment terminal.
• If the payment is successful, your iPhone will display “Done” on the screen.

Transaction security in Apple Pay is provided by the security features built into the hardware and software of your device. The Apple Pay system is designed to protect the personal data of the user. Apple does not store or have access to the original credit, debit, or prepaid card numbers added to Apple Pay.

To cancel/refund a payment made via Apple Pay, you need to:
• open the Wallet app on your phone
• hold your smartphone to the terminal at the moment the seller activates it
You can check the receipt of funds in the Halyk app.

You can link up to 12 payment cards to Apple Pay, depending on your phone model.

No, if you delete the card from Apple Wallet on your iPhone, it will not be deleted from your Apple Watch, as the card is added to each device as an independent secure element.
