To open a card online in Halyk app:
• On the Home, choose “Cards”
• choose “Halyk Bonus Digital”
• Choose the card type and apply for the card
• Enter the code from the SMS to confirm card opening
Card activation – the card is active from the moment of issue
Done! The card will immediately appear in your accounts and you can start using it.

• In the “Accounts” section, choose the “Halyk Bonus Digital” card.
• Tap “Order Card.”

Card Delivery:
• Your card will be ready for delivery the next business day.
• Delivery is free and takes place on business days (Saturday and Sunday are weekends). Please expect a call from the courier.
• Card delivery is only available within the cities listed in Halyk app when ordering the card issue.
• You will also receive SMS notification to your mobile number regarding the card delivery status.
• In the “Accounts” section, choose the “Halyk Bonus Digital” card.
• Tap “Order Card.”
