Opening a digital card is available on Android devices.
An online issuance of a digital special card for benefits is available in Halyk mobile app.
• Download Halyk for Android or iPhone and register
• Choose “Cards” on the Home
• Choose “Special Card for Benefits”
• Choose the card type, currency, and click “Open Card”
• Enter the code from SMS to confirm card opening
Card activation – the card is active from the moment of issuance
Done! The card will immediately appear in your accounts and you can start using the card.

• Delivery is free and proceeds place on business days (Saturday and Sunday are weekends). Please wait for a call from the courier.
• Card delivery is only available within the cities listed in Halyk app when you order the card.
• You will also receive SMS notification to your mobile phone number regarding the card delivery status.
• In the “Accounts” section, choose the “Special Card” card.
• Click “Order Card.”

• Read the information and click “Continue”.
• Enter your IIN or scan the barcode on your ID.
• Enter your phone number and the code from SMS.
• Complete the facial verification procedure.
• Insert your ID into the card reader.
• Choose “New Card” service.
• Follow the instructions.

Registration in Halyk is temporarily unavailable for customers without identity documents (identity card, residence permit for a foreign citizen in the Republic of Kazakhstan, or passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Registration with passport details is available on the Android platform starting from version 5.16.0.
