Как получить цифровой документ:
1. Открыть приложение eGov mobile
2. В разделе «Сервисы» нажать на «Цифровые документы»
3. Пройти авторизацию можно 2 путями:
• через набор ЭЦП пароля, либо
• через SMS (после набора ИИН и ввода номера телефона клиента, на номер телефона отправляется 5-ти значный код)
4. Выбрать из раздела документов «Удостоверение личности» и нажать на кнопку «Открыть доступ к документу»
5. Продиктовать менеджеру короткий код, который отразится на экране

Да, Вы можете открыть счета по доверенности, если в доверенности прописаны все соответствующие полномочия на данную возможность.

At the first application of a foreign customer*, who does not have a residence permit of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to open an account/deposit with the Bank, such customer may be serviced only upon personal application and only in the Bank's outlet*.
No accounts can be opened by power of attorney from foreign customers*!

*Attention! Foreign citizens with a foreign passport cannot open an account online in Halyk application. To open an account, you should contact the Bank's outlet.

Taking into account the amendments in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to the need for technical implementation of the requirements established by the legislation, the Bank temporarily does not issue cards to non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Now foreign citizens can open only current accounts.

Current account opening for foreign citizens* shall be carried out as follows:
1. If you have a residence permit of the Republic of Kazakhstan - residence permit of the Republic of Kazakhstan and an IIN of the Republic of Kazakhstan**, a document confirming the address of registration/residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan (lease agreement, confirmation of real estate in the Republic of Kazakhstan owned or otherwise owned by a non-resident/or spouse and/or close relatives, temporary residence permit, which, among other things, contains the start and end dates of the permit, the purpose of stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan, IIN and address of residence of a foreign citizen*** in the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.).
2. If you do not have a residence permit of the Republic of Kazakhstan and provide a passport of a foreign citizen opening of an account is performed only through the Bank's outlet as follows:
- personal visit of the foreign citizen to the outlet;
- providing the following set of documents:
1) Passport of a foreign citizen with a stamp confirming the crossing of the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2) IIN of the Republic of Kazakhstan
3) Application form
4) documents confirming the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan: certificate from the place of work/employment order/employee ID card/employment contract confirming the place of work in the Republic of Kazakhstan/reference from kindergarten or school of the child with birth certificate attached/document issued by the educational institution confirming the fact of studying in the Republic of Kazakhstan (study agreement, other), document confirming the address of registration/residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan (lease agreement, confirmation of real estate in the Republic of Kazakhstan owned or otherwise owned by a non-resident/or spouse and/or close relatives, temporary residence permit, which, among other things, contains the start and end dates of the permit, the purpose of stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan, IIN and address of residence of a foreign citizen in the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.).

**A foreigner can obtain an IIN independently only at Public Service Center.
