There are two ways to close the "Universal" deposit:
1. In "Accounts" section,select your "Universal" deposit,click the "Close deposit"button and follow the steos on the screen.
2.At the Bank branch and you must have an identity document with you.
If you forget your ID, you may open an account based on a digital ID without providing your original ID.
Attention!
If you withdraw USD 100,000 or more or its equivalent in other currencies, you should place an order for withdrawal of a large amount. In order to prevent illegal financial transactions, additional information about the source of origin/accumulation of money on the customer account and its intended use is required. You may be additionally requested to provide supporting documents, if necessary. Please treat it with understanding, as this requirement is generally accepted for all Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and established by the state regulator.
