Halyk Easy card

You can open a maximum of 7 cards for your children, one for each child.

If your child already has a Halyk card issued to your card, you only need to sign a consent to transfer your child's grades via Kundelik.

Halyk Easy card can only be opened by parents or legal representatives of a child.

To do so, you need to go to Halyk mobile app, click the "Accounts" section, select your child's card->"Order a card" -> "Order a plastic card"-> Enter details-> Confirm OTP.

Halyk Easy card has a default limit of KZT 100,000 per month, including KZT 20,000 for cash withdrawals. You can increase the limits in Halyk mobile application. To do so, you need to:
1. Enter Halyk mobile application;
2. Select the desired card;
3. Click on "Limits";
4. Click on "Change Limits";
5. Specify the amount.

You can also “Lift limitations” in Halyk application. To do so you need to:
1. Log in to Halyk mobile app;
2. Select the appropriate card;
3. Click on "Limits";
4. Click on "Lift limits";
5. Select the appropriate type of limitation in the drop-down list "Maximum cash withdrawal amount";
6. Specify the required number of days to remove the limitation;
7. Press "Next".

1. To add a card to Apple Pay, your child needs to log in to Halyk mobile app, tap "Accounts", select their card, tap Apple Pay-> "Next"-> accept the Terms of Use. Done! The card is added to Apple Pay.

2. To add a card to Google Pay, your child needs to log in to Halyk mobile app, tap "Accounts", select their card, tap Google Pay, select “Add to GPay” to add their card, accept the Terms of Use by clicking “I accept”. Done! The card is added to GPay and ready for contactless payments.
Do not forget to enable NFC (on Android devices) in your smartphone settings, make sure that Google Pay is selected by default in the contactless payment.

3. 3. To add a card to Samsung Pay, your child needs to download Samsung Pay in Play Market, enter Samsung Account or sign up by following the instructions to enter Halyk card number and a three-digit authorization code (indicated on the back), confirm the activation with an SMS code.

The card details can be viewed in your child's personal profile, as the card owner is your child. In their Halyk mobile app, the child can click on their card (Accounts section), open the "Details" and click "Show".

Yes, they can. To do so, your child need to press "Transfers" in Halykmobile app, select "Cardless cash withdrawal"* in any Halyk ATM;
It is also possible to withdraw money without a card via NFC-enabled Halyk ATMs and by scanning a QR code.
* The withdrawal code is active for 24 hours. After that, the funds will be automatically returned to the card.

You can check if the data entered for an open child card is correct in your Halyk application by going to "Menu"-> "My Applications", -> "Archive".
In "My Applications", you should find the application for your child card "Child card service".
In the pop-up window, you can see the child's phone number/IIN, the application number and date.
