File your tax return form 250.00 in Halyk app and participate in the prize draw

Promotion period: 1 August – 15 September 2024

Terms and conditions:

• The draw is open to individuals - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged 18 and above, who have filed tax return form 250.00 in Halyk app from 1 August to 15 September 2024.
• Tax return is filed once and should have the status “accepted”.

Draw prizes:

• Apple Air Pods Max headphones;
• Apple iPhone 15 Pro smartphone;
• MacBook Air Space*.

Prize draw dates:

• 16 August 2024;
• 2 September 2024;
• 16 September 2024.

Terms and conditions of the draw:

The draw will be held live on the Bank's official Instagram page halykbank.kz using a random number generator in the presence of the drawing panel formed by the Bank.

Halyk employees will contact the winners and notify them of their prize.

If the Bank's employees cannot be contacted a winner within 3 days from the day of the draw (does not answer the phone call/incorrect contact details/changed contact details without notifying the Bank/unavailable for any other reasons/refused to receive the prize), the prize will be automatically transferred to the alternate 1 determined during the draw. If the alternate 1 is unable to receive the prize for the reasons mentioned above, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the prize to alternate 2.

The promotion excludes:

• Employees of Halyk and Halyk Group, and related parties of the Bank;
• Participants - winners of previous (stages) of the Promotion.

The Bank reserves the right to exclude unilaterally a participant from the Promotion in case of doubtful transactions.
