Bonus terms and conditions:
- Bonuses are awarded when making payments with Halyk QR via Halyk POS terminals at Sulpak points of sale and with Halyk cards at Sulpak online store;
- Maximum bonuses per customer (regardless of the number of cards) within the Offer per month – 100,000;
- Bonus shall be credited 20 calendar days after the transaction.
- During the Offer period, standard bonuses from the Bank shall not be credited when making QR payments and paying with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay from mobile devices or Smart Watch. Read more
Exceptions to bonus awarding:
- No bonus shall be awarded for payments made using gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued to current accounts or special accounts;
- If the customer returns the purchase, no bonus shall be awarded;
- In case of partial return of the purchase amount by the customer, bonuses (previously awarded) shall be debited from the customer's bonus account in full;
- In case of doubtful transactions by cardholders, the Bank shall be entitled to unilaterally cancel bonus awarding or refund bonuses;
- No bonus shall be awarded for payment with bonuses.
The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the offer, including the right to suspend or extend the term of the offer without notifying customers.
* The Thunderobot and Machcreator laptop brands have been added in the Offer since 16.08.2024.
