Bonus terms and conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded in the amount of 100% when paying via QR and/or when replenishing transport cards in Halyk app with Halyk Easy card, in the “Payments” → “Public transport” section, taking into account the specific features of payment methods for fares in cities.
• The maximum number of bonuses awarded per month per participant - 1,000.
• The maximum number of payments for which bonuses are awarded to one participant per day is no more than four.
• For the cities of Almaty, Taldykorgan, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Karaganda, Balkhash, Shakhtinsk, Abai, Temirtau, Saran, and Kokshetau, replenish your transport card via Halyk app.
• For other regions: pay for bus fare via Halyk QR.

How to pay for bus fare via Halyk QR:

1. Open Halyk app.

2. Choose QR icon on the Home.

3. Scan the QR code on the bus.

4. Pay for your bus fare.

How to replenish your transport card in Halyk SuperApp:

1. Open Halyk app.

2. In the "Payments" section, choose "Replenish transport card".

3. Make payment.

If I replenish another customer's transport card, who will receive the bonuses?

The bonus for replenishing the transport card is received by the customer who made the payment.

For bonus awarding, the cardholder needs to replenish their account via their Halyk app using Halyk Easy card.

Which transport cards participate in the Promo?

• ONAY – in the cities: Almaty, Taldykorgan, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Karaganda, Temirtau, Balkhash, Saran, Shakhtinsk, Abai.
• KoksheBusTolem – in Kokshetau.

Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Semey, Ayagoz, Kokshetau, Aktobe, Khromtau, Talgar, Kaskelen, Issyk, Shelek, Uzynagash, Konayev, Atyrau, Kulsary, Uralsk, Taraz, Karaganda, Balkhash, Saran, Shakhtinsk, Abay, Temirtau, Kostanay, Arkalyk, Rudniy, Kyzylorda, Aktau, Beyneu, Ekibastuz, Pavlodar, Aksu, Petropavlovsk, Turkestan, Taldykorgan, Zhezkazgan.

Bonus Exemptions

Bonuses are not awarded:

• for payments made with cards other than Halyk Easy;
• payments made using gift cards, corporate cards, and cards issued for current or special accounts;
• customers with blocked bonus accounts.
• In case of full or partial refund/cancellation of payment, bonuses previously awarded in the framework of the Promo will be written off.
• In case of detection of suspicious transactions, the Bank has the right to unilaterally cancel or adjust the bonus awarding.

The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the Promo, including suspending or extending its duration without prior notice to customers.

How to get bonuses for fare on public transport?

• In cities where transport is serviced by AlemPay, SMSBUS, Avtobys, Tolem, TulparCard, O-City, and BatysTechInvest, bonuses are awarded when paying for fare via Halyk QR with Halyk Easy card.
• In cities where transport is serviced by ONAY and KoksheBusTolem, bonuses are awarded for replenishing transport cards with Halyk Easy card.

The minimum payment amount for which bonuses are awarded - KZT 10.

(If the payment amount is less than KZT 10, bonuses are not awarded.)

Are bonuses awarded when paying for fare via other transport cards?

No. Bonuses are only awarded for replenishing ONAY and/or KoksheBusTolem cards with Halyk Easy card.

Can I withdraw my accumulated bonuses in cash?

No, you can't withdraw bonuses.

They can be used to pay for future rides on public transport, as well as other services without fees – utilities, mobile communications, internet, and other payments in Halyk app or at Halyk POS terminals.

(Bonus payments are not available for certain types of payments.)

If I am in another city, will the promo still be valid?

Yes, bonuses are awarded no matter in which city you are.

If Halyk QR payment is available in the city, bonuses are awarded for QR payments.

If not, for replenishing the transport card.

If I pay partially with card and partially with previously accumulated bonuses, will I receive bonuses?

Bonuses are not awarded for payments made with bonuses. Bonuses are only awarded for personal funds spent from Halyk Easy card.

How to apply for Halyk Easy card and register your child in Halyk app?

Parent needs to:

1. In Halyk app, click on the “Halyk Easy”.

2. Choose child and enter their mobile phone number.

3. Sign the agreement using OTP.

After that, the child will be issued Halyk Easy digital card and registered in Halyk app.

The child will receive SMS with a temporary password to log in.

The child needs:

1. Download Halyk app from Play Market, AppGallery (Android), or App Store (iOS).

2. Enter your phone number and the temporary password from the SMS.

3. Set a new password and access code.

Attention!

The temporary password is valid for 12 hours. The password should be entered manually, strictly in accordance with the characters, without spaces, commas, or periods.
