5% bonuses in ALSER.kz stores

Bonus awarding conditions:
- Bonuses are awarded when paying via Halyk QR at Halyk POS-terminals at points of sale and ALSER.kz online store;
- Maximum amount of bonuses awarded per customer (regardless of the number of cards) is 25,000 bonuses under the Promo Offer per month;
- Bonus is credited 14 business days after transaction.
- If you received a 5% bonus for payment of goods in ALSER.kz store chain, no bonuses from the Bank are awarded under other Promo Offers, with the exception of 1% bonus for payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay. Read more
Bonus awarding exceptions:
- No bonus shall be awarded for payments made using gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued to current accounts or special accounts;
- No bonus shall be awarded if a customer returns the purchase;
- In case of partial refund of the purchase amount by a customer, the previously accrued bonuses will be written off in full from customer’s bonus account;
- If cardholders make suspicious transactions, the Bank may unilaterally refund or cancel awarding of bonuses.
- No bonuses will be awarded for payments made using bonuses.
