Promotions

Promotion period: from 15 May 2024 to 31 August 2024. 

Participation terms and conditions:

• All payments made in “Payments” section of Halyk app are eligible for the drawing;
• The winners will be drawn every day from 15 May to 31 August 2024;
• The daily prize for payments made during the day from 00:00 to 23:00 will be drawn the following day (detailed below in section "Drawing Stages");
• The amount of payment shall be at least KZT 100;
• All residents of Kazakhstan over the age of 10 are eligible to participate in the promotion.

Drawing stages:

The drawing will be held live on the Bank's official Instagram page at halykbank.kz with the help of a random number generator every day from 16:00 to 18:00, except weekends. Weekend/holiday winners will be determined on the first business day after the weekend/holiday.

The winners will be contacted by Halyk employees and notified about their winnings.

The 1,000,000 bonus winnings can be used when paying for services in "Payments" section of Halyk app, Halyk Market and purchases with bonuses at the POS terminal.

If the Bank employees fail to reach the winner within 3 days from the day of the drawing (if the winner does not answer the phone call/incorrectly indicated the contact details/changed the contact details without notifying the Bank/is unavailable for any other reasons/refused to receive the prize), the winnings will be automatically transferred to the first reserve winner, which was determined during the drawing. In case of inability of the reserve wiiner 1 to receive the winnings for the reasons mentioned above, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the winnings to the reserve winner 2.

1 to 10 payments per customer made during the reporting day shall be eligible for the promotion.

Exclusions:

1) The promotion does not involve:

• Employees of Halyk and Halyk Group, and related parties of the Bank;
• Bank customers under the age of 10.

2) The promotion does not include payments made in the following categories:

• Charity;
• Purchases;
• Financial services
• Self-employed and individual entrepreneurs;

In “Other” subcategory:

• Contributions;
• Betting organizations
• Private bailiffs;
• Rental of premises;
• Other.

3) Payments made through the POS terminal are also not included in the promotion.

* The terms of bonus accrual to the winner may increase up to 30 (thirty) calendar days. In case the winner is unable to sign the documents at the Bank outlet and receive the winnings for any valid reasons (is out of the Republic of Kazakhstan / due to illness / force majeure, etc.), they are given a period of time to accept the winnings of no longer than 30 calendar days after the date of the winner announcement.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time or unilaterally change the terms and conditions of this offer in case of force majeure circumstances (if the winner cancels the payment participating in the drawing, the prize will be canceled).

The winner is entitled to refuse to receive the prize upon being informed by the Bank by signing an official statement of refusal of the prize.

The Bank shall not be liable for the use of bonuses by the winner for various purposes.
