Online installment plan in the Vlife online store

1. Download Vlife App (for iPhone or Android)
2. Select a product / service and add the selected product to the cart
3. Fill in the contact details and select the method of receiving the goods (delivery or pickup)
4. In the column «Payment method» select payment on credit or by installments of Halyk Bank and indicate the desired term of credit or installments
5. Confirm the order and receive SMS with the order number
6. Open Halyk*, select " Installment plan" on the main page
7. Select "Vlife" and enter the order number received in SMS
8. Check the selected items, the amount, the period and click "Next"
9. Read the terms and conditions and put an electronic digital signature issued by the Bank
10. Confirm your consent with a SMS code:

             - when placing a pickup order, tell the code from the SMS at the store checkout
             - when placing a delivery order - tell the code from the SMS to the courier upon receipt of the product / service

Done! Your order is valid for 3 days from the date of generation.

* to apply for an installment plan or loan, you must go through an online registration at Halyk with video verification of your identity without visiting the branch

Outstanding amount: “Accounts” - “Loans”

Repayment schedule: when you click on installment/loan, information is available with the corresponding statuses

Pay the loan in the Halyk App on time, or before the scheduled date, to avoid delinquency and not to affect your credit history. You need to:

• Open Halyk
• Click “Repay loan” on the home screen
• Select an installment plan or a loan you want to make the payment on
• Select a card or account for payment and enter the payment amount
• Confirm the payment

Please note! Loan repayment in the Halyk App is available from 09:00 to 18:00.

By transfer:

1. from the card to the Homebank e-wallet number in Halyk
2. from the other bank cards to the Homebank e-wallet number

By recharge in ATM:

1. select “top up the card”
2. enter your Homebank e-wallet number and deposit a desirable amount

By recharge in the payment terminal:

1. select functions - “Banking services” - “Top up account / card” - “Top up card”
2. then enter the IIN and the number of the Homebank e-wallet

1. select “Homebank Wallet” on the main page
2. open "Settings" and select "Request"

By transfer:

• from Halyk Bank account or card in Halyk at no charge
• from another bank card

By recharge:

• at Cash-In ATMs
