Pay with Mastercard from Halyk using Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay for a minimum of 200,000 KZT during the promotion and win a trip for two to the UEFA Champions League Final 2024 in London and other prizes from Mastercard and UEFA Champions League!

Prize pool:

• 2 tickets for the UEFA Champions League final, 1 branded scarf  and 2 keyrings.
• 1 backpack, 1 men’s T-shirt (size L), 1 sun glasses, 1 water bottle and 1 keyring.

Promotion period: 15 February – 31 March 2024

Promotion terms and conditions:

1) The promotion is open to adult citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and persons with a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, current and potential Mastercard® card holders from Halyk Bank,

2) The card must be added to one of the electronic wallets listed: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay.

3) The participant should pay for goods and/or services, not prohibited by law, that were purchased from any merchant using a mobile phone or smart watch for a total amount of not less than KZT 200,000 (two hundred thousand tenge) for the entire period of the promotion.

4) The winner will be selected by the Bank using a special computer program, www.random.org, which will randomly generate consecutive numbers assigned to each participant.

5) The winners of the promotion will be contacted by the Bank's representatives to clarify their personal details.

6) The winners/recipients of the prizes will be notified by telephone by the Bank’s staff within two business days of the draw.

7) The Winner must provide the following documents within two business days of receipt of the Winner's notification in order to receive the Prizes:

• A scanned copy of your passport (both sides) with your IIN (first name and surname must match the information provided to the bank when the Mastercard card was issued);
• The winner's actual home address;
• Mobile phone number.

8) Winners' details will be used by the bank to transfer the prize money, including the payment of the 10% PIT (personal income tax on the 10% prize).

9) All prizes will be transferred to the winners by 20 May 2024.

10) Tickets will be available to the winners via the UEFA Mobile App on the eve of the match.

11) Halyk and Mastercard shall not responsible for:

• non-receipt/untimely receipt of postal mail, information/documents necessary to receive the promotion prizes due to the fault of the participant or due to the fault of communication organizations, courier and postal services or for any other reason beyond the control of the Organizers and the Operator;
• the failure by the participants of the Promotion to fulfil (or to fulfil in time) the obligations set forth in these Rules, or the inability of the participants of the Promotion to familiarize themselves with the information about the Promotion on the Website;
• the correctness, accuracy and reliability of the data, contact and other information provided by the winners of the Promotion during the data collection by telephone by the representatives of the Bank, as well as the inability to contact the participants of the Promotion at the contact numbers provided by them, as well as the inability to use the information received from the participants for the purposes of the Promotion, including for the purposes of prize distribution, as well as other reasons beyond the control of the Organizers and the Operator;
• Failure of the Participants to receive the Prizes if they fail to claim or refuse the Prizes, as well as for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizers and the Operator of the Promotion;
• Injury to the life, health, moral and/or psychological well-being of the participants in connection with their participation in the Promotion.

12) Prizes received by winners are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. No cash prizes will be awarded.
