Pay for orders to the distributor via OnlineDuken platform and participate in the weekly drawing “Vacation for ₸ 1,000,000”

Period: from 25.08.2025 to 26.10.2025 inclusive.

How to participate?

1. Log in OnlineBank app
2. Pay for your order via OnlineDuken for an amount of ₸ 20,000 or more
3. Follow the results live on @halyk_business Instagram page

Participation conditions:

• Participants: Individual entrepreneurs – Halyk customers who have paid for orders via OnlineDuken platform.
• Territory of the Drawing: Republic of Kazakhstan
• Orders placed on OnlineDuken platform weekly from 00:00 on Monday to 23:00 on Sunday are taken into account.
• Minimum amount per order is KZT 20,000.
• Every paid order from the previous week worth KZT 20,000 or more participates in the drawing. Orders from previous weeks do not participate in the drawing.
• One participant can win only one travel voucher for the entire duration of the promotion.
• Payment for orders shall be made only from participant's bank account to bank account of seller of goods on OnlineDuken platform.
• Bank independently pays individual income tax (IIT) for winners of the drawing.

Each week, 1 travel voucher with a face value of KZT 1,000,000 is drawn:

• travel voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.
• if cost of the tour exceeds KZT 1,000,000, winner pays the difference itself.
• from the moment the travel voucher is transferred to winner, the winner is responsible for its storage and use.

The following shall not participate in the drawing:

• employees of the Bank and Halyk Group, affiliates and related parties of the Bank.
• customers who, at the time of compiling the list of participants, have blocked current accounts opened with the Bank for individual entrepreneurs.
• previous winners of this “Vacation for ₸ 1,000,000” drawing.
• orders for less than KZT 20,000.
• orders paid outside OnlineDuken platform or by other means (except for payment from a current account).

Procedure for conducting the drawing and determining the winners

• drawing will be conducted live on the Bank's official Instagram page @halyk_business every Wednesday from 14:30 to 16:00 (except weekends and holidays).
• winner will be determined using a random number generator on the website ww.random.org.
• winner will be notified live via a call to its mobile phone number.
• if winner of the drawing does not respond within three days of the drawing (does not answer phone call/has provided incorrect contact details/has changed its contact details without notifying the Bank/is unavailable for any other reason/refuses to receive the prize/does not sign the consent form for disclosure of banking secrecy, personal data, and publication of information in the media, as well as in the event of the customer's death on the date of the drawing and before the prize is transferred, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the prize to substitute 1, and if substitute 1 is unable to receive the prize for the reasons specified above, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the prize to substitute 2.

Prize fund

• Every week, one travel voucher worth ₸ 1,000,000 is drawn.
• Travel vouchers are issued only to individuals, with mandatory indication of their full name, IIN/BIN, and contact phone number.
• Travel voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt. After this period, the travel vouchers becomes invalid.
• If cost of the tour exceeds KZT 1,000,000, winner pays the difference itself.
