To apply for the allowance online and to participate in the giveaway, you should:
- Download Halyk Homebank app
- Go to the "Public services" section
- Choose the button "Birth allowance"
- Confirm information on a child and sign the application using EDS
- After sending the application and its approval, you will receive a notification of the payout amount.
You can apply for the service at any time within one year after the birth of a child.
The giveaway period is from 1 June to 31 August 2022.
