Terms and conditions of the weekly prize drawing:
- To have Halyk Easy card;
- To be registered user of Halyk app;
- At least 1 transaction* during the week for the amount from KZT 100 without bonuses. As transaction are taken into account:
1. payments made in the Bank's mobile app;
2. purchases via Halyk POS-network using card, QR or contactless payment (Apple/Google/Garmin/Samsung Pay).

Terms and conditions of participation in the drawing of a trip to the park in Paris:
-To have Halyk Easy card;
-To be registered user of Halyk app;
-At least 1 transaction** per month for the promotional period for the amount from KZT 100 excluding payment by bonuses. As transaction are taken into account:
1. payments made in the Bank's mobile app;
2. purchases via Halyk POS-network using card, QR or contactless payment (Apple/Google/Garmin/Samsung Pay).

What's awaiting the winner of a trip to Paris?
1. Total trip duration - 6 days/5 nights, of which:
-3 days and 2 nights in the famous Park (Paris)
-3 days and 3 nights in the center of Paris (France)
2. Flight and all necessary documents;
3. All transfers: accommodation at the legendary park hotel - Paris city center - airport;
4. Gift certificates for EUR 500 for two persons (winner/chaperone);
5. Gifts from Visa and Paris travel pass;
6. 3 days and 2 nights at the Iconic amusement park includes - park visits, hotel accommodation, VIP tour of the park;
7. 3 days and 3 nights in the center of Paris (France) includes - accommodation in central hotel, sightseeing tours, nutrition.
Drawing exemptions:
Not included in the drawing:
- non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- children aged over 18;
- children of employees of the Bank and Halyk Group as well as related paries to the Bank;
- cardholders whose cards are blocked at the moment of forming list of participants;
- purchases paid fully with bonuses;
- any kind of transfer;
- cash withdrawal;
- transactions made in the following categories: betting organisations, microloan and financial organisations, rent payments, charity, fines, tax payments, pawnshops, internet gaming;
- purchases with cancelled transaction (return of purchases/goods)
Details of weekly drawing
Weekly from 01.06.2025 to 31.08.2025, drawings with the prize fund (laptops and smartphones) will be held among participants who made at least 1 transaction in the amount of at least KZT 100 during the reporting week from the start of promo.
The date and time of the drawing will be posted on the Bank's Instagram page halykbank.kz.

Details of the main drawing
By the end of September 6 winners of the trip to Paris will be determined among participants who fully fulfilled the terms and conditions between 01.06.2025 and 31.08.2025.
Drawing of the main prize will be held on live stream on the official Instagram page @halykbank.kz! The winners will be able to use their prize during the autumn holidays
If the winner of promo or their parent/guardian/adoptive parent is denied a visa during collection of documents, prize is automatically transferred to the first understudy, who is also determined during the live stream of drawing. If the first understudy is unable to receive the prize, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the prize to the second understudy.
Remark
The Bank reserves the right at any time to cancel this offer or change terms of this offer unilaterally in case of force majeure.
How to open Halyk Easy card?
For parents via Halyk app:
parent needs to be registered in Halyk app in the "Home" section, click on the banner "Halyk Easy". Open card for your child.
Choose your child and enter phone number
Done! Card is opened in your child's name and temporary SMS password will be sent to your child's phone to log in to Halyk app. Validity of temporary password is 12 hours.
When opening Halyk Easy card, new account is automatically opened for the parent to which child's card is linked.
How can child regain access to Halyk mobile app?
Parent needs to choose child's card in the "Accounts" section -> select - Regain access -> Enter child's phone number -> Enter code from SMS.
Child will be sent a temporary password to their phone number to log in to app which should be entered and anew password/access code will be set. The validity period of the temporary password when regaining access is 1 hour. If within one hour child fails to enter temporary password to mobile app, parent will have to regain access to child via Halyk app again.
Child's number changed or parent entered it incorrectly when issuing child card, what to do?
In case child changed phone number or parent entered child's phone number incorrectly when registering in Halyk app. Parent needs to change child's phone number via their Halyk app:
Parent needs to go to the "Accounts" section, choose child's card -> Change child's trusted number, indicate child's IIN and child's new phone number-> Enter code from SMS. Message about successful change of child's authorized phone number will be shown
