The FASTER system allows for transfers within Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Armenia, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Great Britain, and Mongolia.

Many of you probably use the Faster money transfer system and have already been able to appreciate the convenience and reliability of this service. The Faster system offers a great opportunity to send money to your near and dear ones quickly and easily. However, you should remember that Faster money transfer system is designated for transfers between individuals only. The Faster transfers cannot be used as payment for a product or service. Money prizes and other payments from organizations and other persons are never transferred through the Faster system. In this regard, JSC Halyk Bank asks you to adhere to our recommendations.
When making money transfers using the Faster system or another international transfer system, be extremely careful. Do not send transfers to strangers or those whose identity you cannot identify. Do not agree to make a transfer at the request of a person you don’t know, even if he introduced himself as a law enforcement officer. If you suspect that such request is nothing but fraud, contact your local law enforcement agency or inform the Bank employee. Never send copies of application for sending a money transfer and a check on the completion of the transfer to a stranger by mail or fax.
Be careful if persons who are not the Bank employees try to advise you on filling out an application for sending a money transfer or choosing a memorable word, since in this case you are in danger of revealing all the transfer details to strangers. In the event of such situations, we strongly recommend contacting a Bank consultant.
