7% bonus for your customers upon payment via Halyk QR

Inform buyers about the promotion upon payment via Halyk QR — increase sales, reinforce loyalty, and attract new customers.

How does it work?

• The customer pays for their purchase via Halyk QR at your establishment.
• Bonuses are automatically credited to the customer's bonus account by the Bank.

The customer can use the bonuses for future purchases.

Why is this beneficial?

• Encourages repeat visits.
• Increases customer loyalty.
• Provides an opportunity to attract new customers.

Promotion period: November 24 to December 28, 2025.

Bonus terms and conditions:

• bonuses are credited by the Bank at a rate of 7% upon payment via QR code using Halyk POS terminals in a specific category.
• maximum amount of bonuses per category (regardless of the number of transactions) per person during the promotion period is 3,000 bonuses.
• maximum amount of bonuses per customer (regardless of the number of cards) during the promotion period is 15,000 bonuses.
• minimum transaction amount for bonus accrual is KZT 100.

bonuses by category shall be accrued only on certain days during the promotion period. You can learn more about the list of categories participating in the promotion by period at the link.

Exceptions to bonus accrual:

• no bonus shall be accrued for payments made using gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued for current accounts, or special accounts;
• no bonus shall be accrued in case of a purchase return by the customer;
• in the event of a partial return of the purchase amount by the customer, bonuses (previously accrued) shall be debited from the customer's bonus account in full;
• in the event of suspicious transactions by cardholders, the Bank shall be entitled to unilaterally cancel the accrual of bonuses, or refund bonuses;
• no bonus shall be accrued for payments made with bonuses;

the Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of the promotion, including suspending or extending the promotion period without notifying customers.
