Pay with Mastercard from Halyk via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Garmin Pay for the amount of KZT 200,000 in total during the promotion and win a trip for two persons to UEFA Champions League Final 2025 in Munich and other prizes from Mastercard and UEFA Champions League!

Prize fund:

1. 2 tours, which includes: accommodation (3 days 2 nights) in a double room in a 4* hotel in the center of Munich, 2 tickets CAT 1 to the game, airport-hotel-airport transfer in Munich, transfer to Allianz Arena stadium for the game and back to the hotel and branded merchandising.
2. 10 merchandising kits with Partner branding including: 1 backpack, 1 L size t-shirt, 1 water bottle, 1 keychain.

Promo period: 25 February– 13 April 2025.

Promo terms and conditions:

1. Adult citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and persons with residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan, permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, current and potential holders of Mastercard® in Halyk Bank can participate in the Promotion.
2. The card should be linked to one of the listed types of e-wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay.
3. A participant should pay for goods and/or services in any trade and service merchants, not prohibited by law, via cell phone or smart watch, in the amount of at least KZT 200.000 (two hundred thousand tenge) in total for the whole period of the promotion.
4. A winner shall be determined by the Bank by random definition of ordinal numbers assigned to each participant in special computer program www.random.org.
5. Bank’s representatives will contact winners of the Promotion to clarify their personal data.
6. Winners-recipients of prizes will be notified by phone call from Bank's employees within two business days after drawing.
7. In order to get Prizes, a Winner shall provide the following documents within two business days from receipt of the notification of the Winner's victory: 

- A scanned copy of ID card (on both sides) with obligatory indication of IIN (first and last name should correspond to the data indicated in the Bank when applying for Mastercard card);

- Winner's actual residence address;

- Cell phone number.

  8. Data of Winners will be used by Bank for transfer of prize fund, including payment of 10% PIT (a 10% personal income tax on the prize).

  9.  All prizes will be transferred to Winners by 25 May 2025.

 10. Game tickets will be obtained by Winners on the evening before the game in UEFA mobile app.

 11. Halyk and Mastercard shall not responsible for:

• Failure to receive/untimely receipt of postal items, information/documents required to receive prizes of the Promotion through the Participants' fault, or through the fault of communication organizations, courier and postal services, or for other reasons beyond Organizers' and Operator's control;
• Failure to fulfill (untimely fulfillment) by the Promotion Participants of obligations provided for by these Rules, or impossibility of the Promotion Participants to read the Promotion-related information on the website;
• Correctness, accuracy and reliability of data, contact and other information, which the Promotion Winners indicated during data collection process via telephone call from the Bank's representatives, and in this regard for inability to contact the Promotion Participants via contact numbers indicated thereby, as well as for inability to use the information received from the Promotion Participants for the purposes of the Promotion, including for the purposes of issuing the Prizes, including for other reasons beyond Organizers’ and Operator’s control;
• Non-receipt of Prizes by the Promotion Participants in case of their non-claiming or refusal therefrom by Participants, as well as for other reasons - beyond Organizers’ and Operator’s control;
• Life, health, moral and/or mental injuries of Participants in connection with their participation in the Promotion.

  12. Prizes received by winners cannot be exchanged or returned. Prizes in are not issued cash equivalent.
