Participate in the People’s IPO with Halyk Invest! Buy NC KazMunayGas JSC shares without fee in Halyk Homebank app and win an iPhone every day! 

Applications will be accepted until 2:30 p.m., 2 December 2022.

Promotion period: from 21 November 2022 to 2 December 2022

How to participate in the promotion:

To participate in the promotion, you need to submit an application for participation in the People’s IPO.

Step 1. Open an investment account in Halyk Homebank app:

1. Open Halyk Homebank app
2. Select Invest section on the home page
3. Sign the application to join the brokerage agreement using an SMS code
4. Top up your investment account online from a Halyk Bank card
5. Once the account is topped up, submit an application to buy KMG shares

Step 2. Submit an application to buy KMG shares:

1. Go to What to Buy tab in the Invest section
2. Select KMGZ instrument in the IPO & SPO section and fill out a request to participate in the IPO
3. Confirm your participation with the SMS code

The status of the application will be available in the Transactions section.

The shares will be credited after the settlement date – December 7. No fee will be charged for transactions during the IPO.

Promotion terms and conditions:

• Winners are picked randomly during live streaming on Halyk Bank’s social media every day from among all those people who have applied for the People’s IPO.
• Employees of Halyk Bank and Halyk Group, as well as related parties of the Bank are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• The applicant will participate in each subsequent giveaway. Winners of this promotion will not participate in the next stages of the giveaway.
• If the Winner does not answer the Organizer’s calls within 3 (three) business days or refuses to take the Prize, the Organizer will contact the first reserve winner.
• The prizes will be given to the winners after 2 December 2022 provided that KazMunaiGas shares are successfully purchased. If this condition is not met, namely, if the winner cancels or withdraws his/her application before 2:30 p.m., 2 December 2022, the prizes for this giveaway will be given to the reserve winner. 
• The Bank reserves the right to cancel or change the terms and conditions of this offer.
