Terms and conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded at 100% for QR payments and/or replenishment of transport cards in Halyk Super App, in the “Payments” section, in the “Public Transport” category, subject to city-specific fare payment methods.
• The maximum monthly amount of bonuses per customer – 1,500 bonuses
• The maximum daily number of payments on which bonuses are awarded per customer – not more than 4 payments.
• For Almaty, Taldykorgan, Karagandy, Balkhash, Shakhtinsk, Abay, Temirtau, Saran and Kokshetau, replenish your transport card via Halyk Super App.
• For other regions, pay for your fare via Halyk QR.

How to pay bus fare using Halyk QR?

1. Open Halyk mobile app 
2. Select the QR icon on the home screen of the app
3. Scan the QR on the bus
4. Pay your fare

How to replenish a transport card in Halyk app?

1. Open Halyk mobile app
2. In the “Payments” section, select replenish transport card.
3. Replenish your transport card

If I replenish another customer's transport card, who will get the bonus?

• Bonuses for replenishment of transport cards are given to the customer who made the payment.
• In order to get bonuses for replenishing transport cards of relatives, friends and others, the payment should be made through their Halyk app.

Which transport cards are included in the Promotion?

• ONAY in the cities: Almaty, Taldykorgan, Karaganda, Temirtau, Balkhash, Saran, Shakhtinsk, Abay.
• KoksheBusTolem in Kokshetau.

Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Semei, Ayagoz, Kokshetau, Aktobe, Khromtau, Talgar, Kaskelen, Issyk, Shelek, Uzynagash, Konaev, Atyrau, Kulsary, Uralsk, Taraz, Karaganda, Balkhash, Saran, Shakhtinsk, Abay, Temirtau, Kostanai, Arkalyk, Rudnyi, Kyzylorda, Aktau, Beineu, Ekibastuz, Pavlodar, Aksu, Petropavlovsk, Turkestan, Taldykorgan, Zhezkazgan, Oskemen.

Exceptions:

• No bonus is awarded for payments made with the use of gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued to current accounts, or special-account cards, customers with a blocked bonus account;
• In case of full or partial refund/cancellation of a payment for which bonuses were previously awarded under the Promotion, bonuses are debited from the bonus account
• In case of any suspicious transactions by card holders, the Bank may unilaterally cancel awarding bonuses or return bonuses.
• Bonuses are awarded to card holders in case of written complaints to the Bank about failure to award bonuses due to technical reasons of terminal operation and other cases.

The Bank reserves the right to change unilaterally the terms and conditions of the promotion, including suspending or extending the term of the promotion without notice to customers.

How to get Bonuses for fare in public transport?

• In cities where public transport is serviced by: AlemPay, SMSBUS, Avtobys, Tolem, TulparCard, O-City, BatysTechInvest, you will get bonuses when paying for fare using Halyk QR.
• In cities where public transport is serviced by ONAY and KoksheBusTolem, you will get bonuses for replenishing your transport card.

Minimum payment amount per card, on which bonuses are awarded?

KZT 10 (if payment/fare is less than KZT 10, bonuses will not be awarded).

Can I get Bonuses when paying fare through other transport cards?

No, the bonus for replenishment of transport cards is awarded only for replenishment of ONAY and KoksheBusTolem cards.

Can I withdraw my accumulated Bonuses in cash?

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn, but you can use them to make future public transport fare payments, as well as to make other payments without fees: utilities, mobile, internet and other services in Halyk app or pay at Halyk POS terminals.

Note: Halyk also has payments where there is no option to choose to pay with bonuses.

Are children allowed to participate in the Promotion?

Yes, children can participate; the promotion has no age restrictions.

Are there discounts for children, pensioners, disabled people, are benefits considered?

There are no benefits; you can get 100% bonuses for fare payment.

If I am in another city after a while, can I use this Promotion?

Yes, of course, bonuses are awarded regardless of the city.

If there is a Halyk QR fare in this city, the bonuses will be awarded exactly for Halyk QR fare.

If there is no Halyk QR fare in that city, the bonuses are awarded for replenishing the transport card.

If I pay partly from my card and partly from previously accumulated Bonuses, will I get Bonuses?

Bonuses are not awarded for payment from bonuses. Bonuses are awarded only on your own funds paid from the card.

How to activate and register online in Halyk app?

1. Download Halyk app for Android or iPhone smartphones

2. Tap “Login/Register”

• Enter the code received in the SMS
• Enter your ID and read the Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions.
• Live the video identity verification as instructed
• Set the access code to the app

Done! After registration, you will automatically receive a Halyk Bonus Digital card and you can start using all Halyk services immediately.
