- for investments - not more than 120 (one hundred and twenty) months;

- for replenishment of working capital - not more than 36 (thirty-six) months;

- for refinancing/replacement of the source of financing - not more than the remaining period of the refinanced debt

- investments;

- refinancing/replacement of the source of financing for existing loans of the Final Borrower issued not earlier than 1 January, 2025.
