Issue a guarantee at Onlinebank.kz
1. In Onlinebank.kz, select Products and Services
2. Then go to Guarantees – Issue a blank performance guarantee
3. Specify the 20-digit number of the contract
4. Send the application to the bank for consideration
Once the application has been approved:

6. Select an account to debit the fee
7. Sign the application, wait for the guarantee to be issued on the Public Procurement Portal
8. You can track the status in All Applications

FAQ
Under the terms of the public procurement contract, the supplier is obliged to issue a performance guarantee - a post-tendure guarantee - within 10 working days.
The amount of the contract performance security (guarantee amount) is 3% of the total amount of the contract
Performance guarantees are valid until the supplier's obligations to the customer under the public procurement contract are fully performed
