Custodian activities

Custodian is a professional participant of the securities market, who conducts the accounting of customers' financial instruments and money and confirms the rights thereto, stores customers' documentary financial instruments and assumes obligations for their safekeeping and other activities in accordance with  legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

- nominal holding of customer's securities
- accounting and storage of money, securities and other assets of customers
- functions of a payment agent for transactions with securities and other assets of customers
- receipt and crediting of income on securities and other assets to the customer’s account
- other services stipulated by the custodian service agreement
