Digital blank tender guarantees are electronic bank guarantees with no collateral pledged by the Customer, and issued only for participation in a bid, in a tender on public procurements, or within Samruk-Kazyna JSC procurements.
To obtain a digital blank tender guarantee, you are required to have a bank account and activate Onlinebank.

For legal entities (LLP):
No turnovers are required for guarantees for up to KZT 30,000,000 (including current digital blank guarantees).
For individual entrepreneurs:
No turnovers are required for guarantees for up to KZT 5,000,000 (including current digital blank guarantees) when the amount of one guarantee does not exceed KZT 1,000,000.
Example:
If 2-3 guarantees are issued and the amount of each guarantee does not exceed KZT 1,000,000, turnover is not calculated.
If a digital blank guarantee is issued for KZT 1,500,000, individual entrepreneur’s turnover for the last 6 months is to be at least KZT 1,500,000.
