Blank tender guarantees - guarantees without any collateral from the Customer, issued only for participation in competition or tender for public procurement, or within the framework of procurement of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and SK-Pharmacia.

To obtain a digital blank tender guarantee, you are required to have a bank account and activate Onlinebank.

* For customers enrolled or renewed up to and including 01.02.2026, the guarantee of up to KZT 5 million shall be issued with no fees.

For customers enrolled or renewed from 02.02.2026, the guarantee of up to KZT 3 million shall be issued with no fees.

Turnovers requirements

For legal entities (LLP):

No guarantee turnover of up to KZT 50,000,000 (taking into account existing digital blank guarantees) is required.

For individual entrepreneurs:

Turnover on guarantees up to KZT 15,000,000 (taking into account existing digital blank guarantees) is not required in cases where the amount of a single guarantee does not exceed KZT 3,000,000.

Example:

If 2-3 guarantees are issued and the amount of each does not exceed KZT 3,000,000, turnover is not calculated.
If a digital blank guarantee is issued for KZT 1,500,000, individual entrepreneur’s turnover for the last 6 months is to be at least KZT 1,500,000.

Requirement for the registration period of a legal entity:

at least 6 months (if the registration period is between 3 and 6 months, turnover is required).
