The operator provides the following services and carries out the following operations:
- routing of operations in the system through the processing organization
- maintaining the participant’s card database in the operator’s software (processing)
- issue and maintenance of a participant’s payment card in place
- mutual settlements with participants on operations carried out in the acquiring service network of the operator, participants or other second-tier banks
- arranging to enter the international payment system, if necessary
- operator’s arrangement and support of the participant’s acquiring network for accepting bank plastic payment cards of international payment systems for payment of goods and services to merchants and / or for issuing cash through the devices of the participants
- provision of services for personalizing participant's payment cards without maintaining a card database
- other services requested by the participant when it is technically possible to provide the services within the system
The services are provided and transactions are executed by an operator in the system 24/7.
