- sustainable business operations for at least 2 years  
- lack of current overdue financial liabilities to banks
- lack of information on pending litigation
- lack of borrower’s unpaid documents in file (file No. 2) at the time of applying for loan and within 3 previous months, with the exception of insignificant (less than 0.5% of the borrower's net assets) or erroneously issued claims with motivated explanations
