- Halyk Travel fee for purchasing train tickets during the promo period is KZT 0;
- The promo applies to the purchase of train tickets in Halyk Travel;
- The ticket price is determined in accordance with the carrier's tariffs;
- The discount in the amount of the fee is applied automatically when purchasing the ticket – no additional actions are required from the customer.
- The promo does not apply to fees established by the carrier or other service providers, if any;
- In case of a ticket refund or exchange, the carrier's rules, terms and conditions applicable to the purchased tariff shall apply;
- The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the promo, including suspending or extending its duration, without prior notice to customers.
