Conditions
- The prize drawing is open to Halyk Bank customers who purchase Tours in the Halyk app in the Halyk Travel → Tours section;
- Participation in the prize drawing is automatic; no additional registration is required;
- Each tour purchase counts as a separate entry in the prize draw. The more purchases, the higher the chances of winning;
- The prize drawing is conducted in two stages. In each stage, one winner is determined, who receives 1,000,000 Halyk bonuses;
- Winners are determined randomly using the random.org service;
- Prize drawngs are held live on the Bank's official Instagram page @halyktravel.kz;
- Winners are notified via phone call or message after the prize drawing;
- Bonuses are awarded to the winner's bonus account after the win is confirmed and the necessary documents are completed.
The promo is held within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the prize drawing, including suspending or extending the period of the promo without notice to customers.

The following individuals can not participate in the prize drawing:
- Employees of the Bank;
- Related parties of the Bank;
- Customers who have requested a refund within the period established by the promo terms and conditions
- Customers with blocked bonus accounts, as well as customers included in the list of persons suspected of fraud;
If the prize draw winner does not get in touch within three days from the date of the prize drawing (does not answer the phone call/provided incorrect contact details/changed contact details without notifying the Bank/is unavailable for any other reasons/elects not to take the prize), the prize will automatically pass to the first reserve winner, who is determined during the prize drawing. If reserve winner 1 is unable to receive the prize for the reasons stated above, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the prize to reserve winner 2.
