The interest rate is calculated individually and depends on the loan period, the amount of the down payment, income verification, and credit history. The minimum rate of 0.10% is available for a loan period of 12 months and a down payment of more than 10% (with a down payment of 40% or more, it is also available for a period of 24 months).

- Register in Halyk SuperApp and obtain the Bank's decision
- Enter car plate number
- Get a notarized consent online in Halyk SuperApp
- Sign the documents with an EDS
- Pledge will be registered online

In case of non-fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement by the borrower, the Bank is entitled, among other things, to:
- accrual of a penalty (fine, late payment interest);
- foreclosure on funds available in the borrower's bank accounts;
- transfer of debt to a collection agency for pre-trial recovery and settlement;
- filing a lawsuit in court.
The Pledgor shall be responsible for the safety and maintenance of the pledged asset in proper technical condition, for the risk of accidental loss/damage, and for any damage to or loss of the pledged asset.
In case of non-fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement by the borrower, the Bank is entitled to foreclose on the pledged property through out-of-court and/or judicial proceedings, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the promo, including suspending or extending the duration of the promo without notifying customers.
