Bonus terms and conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded:

- For Face Pay payments;
- Order payment at a box terminal;
- Ticket purchase in Halyk SuperApp;
- Transport card replenishment;

• The maximum bonus amount per customer (regardless of the number of cards) per month - 1,000;
• Bonuses are awarded automatically after the transaction is completed.

Bonus exemptions:

• Bonuses are not credited to payments made at the cash desks of the Astana LRT station and at the turnstiles when paying with a card;
• No bonus will be awarded for payments made using gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued to current accounts or special accounts;
• In case a customer returns a purchase for which bonuses were previously awarded, the bonuses will be written off from the customer’s bonus account.
• In case of suspicious transactions made by cardholders, the Bank reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the bonus accrual or return the bonuses;
• Bonuses are not awarded for payments made with bonuses.

The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of the promo, including suspending or extending the promo period without notifying customers.
