Terms of participation:
- Apply for a car loan on Halyk app;
- Your loan will be automatically included in the list of the giveaway participants.
The giveaway is open to customers who have obtained:
- Halyk Digital Car Loan through partner car dealerships in Halyk app.
The following persons are not eligible to participate in the giveaway:
- Employees of the Bank;
- Related parties of the Bank;
- Customers who became winners during this giveaway;
- The customers who during the period of the relevant stage of the giveaway or before the date of preparation of final lists by the Bank for the relevant stage of the giveaway:
- have fully repaid the loans participating in the giveaway ahead of schedule;
- have delayed performance of obligations on the loans participating in the giveaway.
- The customers who currently delayed performance of obligations on any loans with the Bank during preparation of lists by the Bank.
The winners are selected live on the Bank's official Instagram page @halykbank.kz by the loan agreement number/ordinal number using a random number generator in the presence of a panel formed by the Bank.
Exceptions:
- If the customer has several loan agreements concluded during the giveaway period, the loan agreement concluded first during the giveaway period will participate in the giveaway. In this case, if the first loan of the customer concluded during the giveaway period was repaid early, the next loan concluded during this period will participate in the giveaway;
- If the winner of the giveaway does not contact the Bank within three days from the day of the giveaway (does not answer phone calls/incorrectly indicated his/her contact details/changed his/her contact details without notifying the Bank/is unavailable for any other reasons/refuses to receive the prize), the car will be automatically transferred to the first runner-up determined during the giveaway. In the event that the 1st runner-up is unable to receive the prize for the reasons stated above, the Bank reserves the right to transfer the prize to the 2nd runner-up.
The procedure for receiving the prize:
- Registration of documents on the transfer of the right of ownership to a car is carried out only in the city of Almaty. If the winner of the giveaway lives in another city, he/she shall be responsible for travel/accommodation expenses.
- All additional state duty expenses are paid by the Bank.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time or change the terms of this offer unilaterally in case of force majeure.
