You may replenish the card:

• via Cash-In ATMs of Halyk Bank;
• via payment terminals of Halyk Bank;
• via card-to-card transfers in Halyk App;
• via other banks supporting card-to-card transfers;
• via cash desks in outlets of Halyk Bank.

• In the “Accounts” section of Halyk app, select your card and then the “Withdraw money without a card”* service via any Halyk Bank ATM.
• Via Halyk Bank ATMs supporting NFC.
• Via QR code scanning.

* The withdrawal code is valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the funds will be automatically returned to the card.

• contactless payment with your smartphone without internet (by tying up the card to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay).

In Halyk App, select digital card > “Details” > Card details > enter SMS code that will be sent to your trusted number.

1. Apple Pay:

• in Halyk App, select the card, tap “Add to Apple Pay”;
• after authorization, the card will be added to Apple Wallet.

Note: iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and newer models.

2. Google Pay:

• in Halyk App, select the card, then go to “Google Pay” section, tap “Add to GPay” to add the card, then “Methods of payment”;
• enter card details and accept the Terms of Use. Confirm details.

However, don't forget to enable NFC transmission (on Android devices) in smartphone settings and make sure that Google Pay is selected by default in contactless payment section.

3. Samsung Pay:

• in Samsung Pay App, enter Halyk Bank digital card number and 3-digit authorization code;
• confirm connection with SMS code.

• in Halyk App, in “Accounts” section, select “Halyk Bonus Digital” card and tap “Order a Card”;
• at the Bank’s outlet;
• courier delivery.

Delivery is free and made on business days (Saturday, Sunday are days off), wait for a call from courier.
