Halyk Easy child’s card
1. How to open Halyk Easy card and register my child in Halyk app?
Parent needs to:
1. Click on "Halyk Easy" button in Halyk app;
2. Select a child and enter their mobile phone number;
3. Sign a consent form via one time password;
Halyk Easy digital card will be issued to your child and the child will be registered in Halyk app.
SMS with temporary password will be sent to your child to log in to mobile app.
Child needs to:
1. Download Halyk app from Play Market, AppGallery for Android or App Store for iOS (iPhone);
2. Enter phone number and temporary password from SMS;
3. Set a new password and access code.
Attention!
Validity period of temporary password is 12 hours. Password is entered manually according to all specified characters without spaces, commas or dots.
2. How may a parent order a plastic card to previously issued child's digital card?
To do this, parent needs to click on "Accounts" section in Halyk mobile app, select child's card->click on "Order a card" -> "Order a plastic card"-> Enter details-> Confirm by one time password.
3. How may a parent check the status of applications for Halyk Easy card issuance?
A parent may view the correctness of data entered for opened child’s card in Halyk app by going to "Menu" page -> click on "My Applications" section, then click on "Archive" in "My Applications".
Find in "My applications" the application for child’s card "Service for issuance of card to a child".
In pop-up window you may see phone number/IIN of child, application number and date of registration of card for issuance.
4. How many Halyk Easy cards may a parent open?
Parent may open maximum 7 cards to their children, one card for each child.
5. Is it necessary for a child to have Halyk Easy card to participate in 100,000 bonus drawing for excellent grades?
If the child already has any Halyk card issued to the parent's card, the parent only needs to sign a consent to transfer the child's grades.
6. How may I view details of Halyk Easy digital card?
Card details may be viewed in your child's “My Profile”, as the child is card owner. In its Halyk mobile app, child may click on its card ("Accounts" section), then open "Details" option and click "Show".
7. May a child abroad use Halyk Easy card?
Yes, he/she may.
8. May a child withdraw money without card?
Yes, he/she may. To do this, child needs to click on "Transfers" section in his/her Halyk mobile app, find the service "Withdraw money without card"* at any ATM of Halyk Bank;
It is also possible to withdraw money without card via NFC-enabled Halyk Bank ATMs and QR-code scanning.
* Withdrawal code is active for 24 hours, after 24 hours funds will be automatically returned to the card.
9. What are the limits for Halyk Easy card?
Halyk Easy card has a default limit of 100,000 tenge per month, including 20,000 tenge for cash withdrawal. Limits may be increased by parent in Halyk mobile app. To do this, parent needs to:
1. Log in to Halyk mobile app;
2. Select desired card;
3. Click on "Limits";
4. Click on "Change Limits";
5. Enter amount.
Parent also has access to "Limit Removal" function in Halyk app. To do this, parent needs to:
1. Log in to Halyk mobile app;
2. Select desired card;
3. Click on "Limits";
4. Click on "Remove Limits";
5. In drop-down list, select appropriate type of limit "For max cash-out amount";
6. Enter required number of days for which the limit will be removed;
7. Click on "Next".
Bonuses
1. Will there be 100 bonuses for each excellent grade?
No, in 2025-2026 school year, students in grades from 2 to 11 will be able to participate in monthly 100.000 bonus drawing by receiving just one 10-point grade during the month.
2. What child needs to enter 100.000 bonus drawing?
1. To have Halyk Easy card;
2. To be a student in grades from 2 to 11 and a member of Kundelik or Bilimal system;
3. Parent needs to sign a consent for to transfer grades to the Bank according to the platform of their region;
4. Receive one* excellent grade of 10 points each month.
* Every excellent grade of 10 points is taken into account and increases your chances of winning
3. What is the number of possible winners?
Monthly 1,000 students
4. What is the period of 100.000 bonus drawing?
From September 2025 to May 2026. The date and time of the drawing will be posted monthly on the Bank's Instagram page halykbank.kz
5. Where will the drawing be held?
Live on the Bank's official Instagram page halykbank.kz, except weekends/holidays.
6. How to find out if I'm participating in the drawing?
You can check your participation on this Bank's website by IIN. The information is displayed as of the moment of request for the current month.
7. How to find out the results of the drawing?
The winners of the drawing are determined live on monthly, and participants can also check their IIN on the Bank's website to see if they are on the list of winners. Information is updated after the live stream on the Instagram page halykbank.kz
8. What to do I win?
The bank will contact your parent and provide the necessary information. The bonuses will be awarded to your bonus account in Halyk app. You and your parent will be notified of the receipt.
9. Can parent see their child's bonuses via their Halyk app?
No, the parent cannot see the child's bonuses. Only child can see the bonuses in their Halyk app in section “Home” → “Bonuses”.
10. Do bonuses awarded for winning a drawing from the Bank “burn off”?
No, bonuses don't “burn off”.
11. How and where bonuses may be spent?
Bonuses may be spent for purchase of goods and services by paying with bonuses at POS-terminals and in Halyk app. It is also possible to make payments via Halyk QR, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay.
12. How to spend bonuses via Halyk QR?
To pay for purchases via Halyk QR you need to:
Open Halyk app;
Select QR function;
Scan QR code at Halyk POS terminal;
Confirm payment.
13. How to spend bonuses via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay?
Bring the device with back panel to contactless payment terminal;
If payment is made, a blue checkmark will appear on phone's screen;
Some stores may require you to enter your card PIN. In this case, follow the instructions on the screen. Important! You need to enter card PIN, not the code of device.
14. How to link my child's card to Apple pay, Google pay, Samsung pay?
1. To link the card to Apple pay, child needs in Halyk mobile app to click on "Accounts" section, select the card, then click on Apple Pay-> "Next" -> accept the Terms of Use. Done! Your card is linked to Apple Pay.
Devices compatible with Apple Pay:
- iPhone models with Face ID
- iPhone models with Touch ID of iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and newer models (except for iPhone 5s).
2. To link the card to Google Pay, child needs in Halyk mobile app to click on "Accounts" section, select the card, then go to Google Pay section, click on "Add to GPay" button to add the card, then accept the Terms of Use by clicking on "Accept" button. Done! Card is linked to GPay and is ready for contactless payment.
Don't forget to enable NFC transmission (on Android devices) in smartphone settings and make sure that Google Pay is selected by default in contactless payment section.
3. To link the card to Samsung Pay, child needs to download Samsung Pay application in Play Market, log in to Samsung Account or register following the instructions, enter card number from Halyk Bank and three-digit authorization code (indicated on the back), confirm the link by the code from SMS.
15. Do I need to have a plastic card to pay with bonuses?
No, you don't need to have a plastic card to pay with bonuses, you may spend bonuses via mobile phone through Halyk app by clicking on "Halyk QR" icon.
16. What grades are involved in 100.000 bonus drawing?
Only formative grades of 10 points given in Kundelik or Bilimal are taken into account in the drawing. The marks received for the terms and the results of the summative assessment for the section and summative assessment for the term, for clubs and extracurricular classes are not eligible for the drawing.
17. Do all schools participate in the Bonuses for excellent marks program?
Only those schools participate in the program that post grades on Kundelik or Bilimal portal. If your school does not post grades in Kundelik or Bilimal portal, you will not be able to get bonuses. You may contact school administration or call Kundelik Contact Center by phone number +7 727 313 18 32 or send a request to technical support e-mail address team@kundelik.kz to clarify the issue of grading in Kundelik portal. 18. Students of which grades can participate in 100.000 bonus drawing for excellent grades?
The program is open to students in grades from 2 to 11.
19. I see bonuses on Kundelik website, does the Bank award bonuses to me?
Kundelik has its own platform and its own Kbonusy app. Bonuses of Kundelik's partners are recorded there. The Bank has nothing to do with this bonusing, the Bank separately awards bonuses for excellent grades. Bonus viewing is only available in Halyk mobile app.
20. Does student participate in the drawing if the card or bonuses account is blocked?
No.
21. Are there any additional bonuses besides for 100.000 bonus drawing points on Halyk Easy children cards?
Yes, your child can earn extra bonuses on purchases when paying via Halyk Easy card:
– 1% bonus for purchases made with Halyk QR at Halyk POS terminals;
– 1% bonus for payments with a smartphone (contactless payments ApplePay, SamsungPay, GooglePay, GarminPay, from mobile and smart devices) at Halyk POS terminals, and payments in Halyk application;
– 2% bonuses for payments and purchases in all POS terminals of Halyk and other banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including e-commerce payments in favorite categories according to the list below*.
Maximum monthly bonus per child for all Halyk cards:
– 5,000 bonus points: payments with Halyk QR at Halyk POS terminals;;
– 5,000 bonus points: payments with a smartphone (contactless payments ApplePay, SamsungPay, GooglePay, GarminPay, from mobile and smart devices) at Halyk POS terminals;
– 5,000 bonus points: payments in Halyk application;
– 20,000 bonuses: for payments and purchases in all POS terminals of Halyk and other banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including e-commerce payments in favorite categories according to the list below*.

1. What should I do if my child fails to enter a temporary password in time to log in to mobile app?
Parent needs to restore child's access via Halyk app.
To do this, Parent needs to click on "Accounts" section in Halyk mobile app, select child's card -> Settings - Restore access to child->Enter child's phone number correctly->Enter code from SMS. Temporary password will be sent to your child to log in to mobile app, which should be entered and a new password/access code should be set.
Validity period of temporary password in case of access restoration is 1 hour. If a child fails to enter temporary password to log in to mobile app within one hour, parent will need to restore access to child via Halyk app again.
2. What should I do if my child can't remember (forgot the password) password from mobile app?
Parent needs to restore child's access via Halyk app.
To do this, Parent needs to click on "Accounts" section in Halyk mobile app, select child's card -> Restore access to child->Enter child's phone number correctly->Enter code from SMS. Temporary password will be sent to your child to log in to mobile app, which should be entered and a new password/access code should be set.
Validity period of temporary password in case of access restoration is 1 hour. If a child fails to enter temporary password to log in to mobile app within one hour, parent will need to restore access to child via Halyk app again.
3. I entered my child's phone number incorrectly during registration, how can I change the number in Halyk app?
Parent needs to change child’s phone number via Halyk app.
To do this, Parent needs to click on "Accounts" section in Halyk mobile app, select child's card -> Change child's trusted number. Enter child's IIN and new phone number ->Enter code from SMS. Message will appear on successful change of child's trusted phone number.
Consent for transfer of grades
1. How Parent signs a consent form to transfer grades?
For members of Kundelik system:
1. In Halyk app, open Kundelik.Pro
2. Enter login and password for the parent account
3. Click on “Open Card” next to the student and enter the details
4. Pass identity verification
5. Done! Your child will be entered into drawing each month if the terms and conditions are met
For members of Bilimal system:
1. On Bilimal website, click on Halyk Easy advertising banner
2. Choose child
3. Enter the required data
4. Pass identity verification and issue consent to transfer grades
4. Done! Your child will be entered into drawing each month if the terms and conditions are met
2. Is it necessary to sign a consent to transfer grades on Kundelik or Bilimal if my child already has Halyk Easy card and is registered in Halyk app to participate in weekly 100,000 bonus drawing?
Yes, participation requires the Parent to sign a consent to transfer grades.
3. Many parents are unable to give consent because they do not have logins and passwords for Kundelik, what should they do?
Logins and passwords to Kundelik Pro are provided by the school itself, you should contact your class teacher or call the Kundelik Contact Center at +7 727 313 18 32, or send a request to the technical support e-mail at team@kundelik.kz to clarify the issue of logging in to Kundelik Pro.
4. If there are several children in the family, is it possible to sign a Consent to Transfer Grades for all children at once?
Consent should be signed for each child separately.
5. How and where can parent/child verify whether parent provided consent to share grades or not?
1. Parent/child can check whether the consent is in place in their Halyk app “Home” → under “Accounts” by choosing the child's card. If there is a consent, customer will be informed: “Consent to transfer grades issued”.
2. At Bank's webpage halykbank.kz/card/faq-halykeasy. In case the Parent gave consent to transfer grades today, it is possible to check the consent to transfer grades on the child's IIN the following day;
6. Can one parent sign a consent to transfer grades if child's card was opened by other parent?
Consent to transfer grades can be signed by any of the parents regardless of who opened the card for child.
7. Do I need to reissue the consent if my child participated in the program last school year?
No, there is no need to reissue
