Participants of the promotion:

Individuals – any holders of Halyk Bank payment cards, with the exception of holders of gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued to current accounts or to special accounts.

Bonus accrual conditions:

1. The bonus is awarded in the amount of 10% of the purchase amount, only when paying with a Halyk card on the Halyk Market platform. When buying goods on credit or in installments, bonuses are not accrued.
2. The maximum amount of bonuses that one client can earn per month within the framework of the promotion is 30,000 bonuses per client.
3. Bonuses are credited 20 working days after the transaction.

Restrictions on bonus accrual:

• Bonuses are not credited to payments using gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued to current or special accounts
• If the customer returns the purchase for which the bonus was previously accrued, the bonuses are debited from the customer's bonus account.
• In case of partial refund of the purchase amount by the client, bonuses (previously accrued) are debited from the client's bonus account in full.
• In case of questionable transactions by cardholders, the Bank has the right to unilaterally cancel the accrual of bonuses or refund bonuses.
• Bonuses are awarded to cardholders in case of receipt of written complaints to the Bank due to a technical malfunction of the ePay terminal and other cases caused by the Bank.
• The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Promotion, including suspending or extending the Promotion period without notifying customers.

Additional information:

The minimum transaction amount for one card on which bonuses are credited is 40 tenge

The maximum transaction amount for which bonuses are accrued (the limit of bonuses per client):

• The number of transactions is unlimited, but the total amount of transactions for which bonuses are accrued per client is 300,000 tenge per month.
• If the transaction amount of one client is more than 300,000 tenge per month, bonuses are credited only for 300,000 tenge.
