Drawing procedure:
The winner will be determined by the method of generating random numbers on the official pages of the Bank in social networks among all participants who meet the conditions of the promo offer, in the presence of the drawing commission from among the Halyk Bank employees.
The following persons cannot participate in the drawing:
1. Employees of the Bank
2. Persons having special relations with the Bank
Note:
After the weekly giveaways according to the schedule above, the Bank's employees contact the winners on a daily basis.
If the winners do not get in touch within 14 calendar days, the certificates will be drawn again.
Rules for the use of Sulpak Gift Certificates
- Gift Certificate is not a security.
- Gift Certificate cannot be changed for cash money.
- Validity period is indicated on the Gift Certificate.
- The amount indicated on the front side of the Certificate is deposit money and shall be used by the Buyer when purchasing products at once and in full, after which the Certificate is returned to the Seller. If the cost of the goods selected by the Buyer exceeds the amount of the Certificate he/she has, the Buyer shall pay the difference between the total payment amount and the face value of the Certificate in cash or by bank transfer.
- If the cost of the goods is less than the face value of the Gift Certificate, the balance cannot be refunded to the Buyer in cash.
- If the Buyer will not select a product until the end of the Gift Certificate validity period, the amount of payment for the Gift Certificate remains at the disposal of Sulpak Trading Company and is non-refundable.
- Warranty service, exchange and return of low-quality goods purchased using the Gift Certificate, shall be carried out according to the general procedure stipulated by the current legislation. Cash funds for the returned product in the part covered by the Gift Certificate, are NOT RETURNED to the Certificate Holder
