About conference
Halyk OIY Tech is the annual IT conference hosted by Halyk, Kazakhstan’s largest financial institution.
In 2026, the conference returns for its second edition, bringing together 500 professionals in IT, data, artificial intelligence, and digital products.
Experts and leaders from Halyk and its partner companies will share an inside look at the technologies powering the bank, the products and solutions in use today, and the future direction of fintech.
The journey from origins to the digital era is the central theme of this year’s conference.
