Bonus awarding terms and conditions:
- 20% bonus is awarded when paying via Halyk QR at Halyk POS-terminals in Lucente jewelry stores.
- Maximum amount of bonuses per customer (regardless of the number of cards) per month is 60,000;
- Bonuses are awarded within 14 calendar days after the transaction is processed.
Bonus exemptions:
- No bonus shall be awarded for payments made using gift cards, corporate cards, or cards issued to current accounts or special accounts. Read more
- No bonus shall be awarded if a customer returns the purchase;
- In case of partial refund of purchase amount by a customer, (previously awarded) bonuses shall be written off from the customer's bonus account in full;
- If cardholders make suspicious transactions, the Bank may unilaterally cancel the awarding of bonuses or perform a refund of bonuses;
- No bonuses shall be awarded for payments made using bonuses;
- In case of suspicious transactions, the Bank may cancel awarding of bonuses;
