Dear customers!

The Bank reminds you of the need to observe precautionary measures when using payment cards and of the prohibition for giving cards or details thereof to the third parties.

We would like to pay your attention to the following:

1. Payment card is a personal payment tool. The right to use the card is owned exclusively by its holder.

2. Transfer of card, pin-code, passwords, confirmation codes, CVC/CVV-code or other confidential information on payment card to the third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Transfer of card or its data to other persons, including relatives, friends, employees of a company or other third parties is prohibited by the terms of agreement, and also, increases the risk of unauthorized access to your money and the risk of using your card for illegal purposes.

4. Operations via payment card/accounts opened with the Bank may be made only in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

5. Tools/products/services/infrastructure of the Bank may not be used by a customer for illegal purposes.

Potential risks when giving the card or its data to the third parties:

1. Unauthorized money debit from your bank account.

2. Theft or loss of money.

3. Compromise of your financial information.

4. Blocking your card and the need for additional procedures to regain access to your account.

5. Legal and reputational risks.

Liability:

Please be reminded that in case of giving card or its details to the third parties, all potential losses and consequences related to unauthorized operations, compromise of personal data or financial information as well as illegal actions shall be borne solely by a customer.

Please also be reminded that if a customer makes atypical/unusual/uncharacteristic operations via accounts opened with the Bank, the customer shall be personally liable in accordance with requirements of the legislation. 

We would like also to draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with the terms of the agreement, a customer is prohibited to give its payment card and to communicate its data (including number, expiration date, CVV-code, PIN-code, etc.) to the third parties.

If such facts are detected and if atypical/unusual/uncharacteristic operations by a customer are identified, the Bank, guided by requirements of the legislation, shall be entitled to apply enhanced monitoring measures, impose technical restrictions on accounts as well as request additional documents/information, identify and/or re-verify such customer. At the same time, the Bank shall consider the possibility of further provision of services after completion of the mentioned-above procedures and confirmation of compliance of the customer's operations with the legislation.

What to do to protect yourself?

1. Never disclose payment card/account details, access codes or other data of your card to the third parties.

2. Do not follow suspicious links.

3. Do not make operations at request of and/or for the third parties.

4. Use complex passwords to access your bank app.

5. Change passwords regularly.

6. Set limits and/or restrictions on card operations.

7. In case of suspicion of card compromise, immediately block the card via mobile app or call the Bank's helpline.

8. Be attentive to suspicious offers. If you are offered “easy money” or participation in suspicious transactions, do not risk your funds and reputation.

9. Do not use the card for operations prohibited by the legislation, including those that may be related to illegal business activities, illegal gambling, unsecured digital assets, financial pyramid schemes and other operations with legal consequences for you.
