On Amendments to the Accession Agreement on Current Account Opening in the Card Database and Corporate Card Service
Dear customers!
We inform you that a new version of the Accession Agreement on Current Account Opening in the Card Database and Corporate Card Service (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) will enter into force on 4 August 2025.
Please read the main changes that have been made to the Agreement:
3.13. Notification of the Bank's participation in the mandatory deposit guarantee system and other information on deposit guarantee issues, including but not limited to information on the terms and procedure for paying the guarantee compensation, including the transfer of the unclaimed amount of compensation, is posted on the Bank's website.
We remind you that re-signing the Agreement is not required, the changes come into force automatically. You can read the new version of the Agreement at the link: https://halykbank.kz/en/business/documents.
