WeChat Pay: 0.8% from payment amount.
Alipay+: Payment is available to Alipay wallet holders (Tourists from South-East Asian countries).
WeChat Pay: Payment is available only to citizens of the People's Republic of China (PRC).
When paying via Alipay+, funds are credited within the timeframes provided by the current Halyk Acquiring Accession Agreement.
When paying via WeChat Pay, funds are credited on the next business day after the payment is made.
Yes, a refund is possible for both services.
