Blank tender guarantees - guarantees without any collateral from the Customer, issued only for participation in competition or tender for public procurement, or within the framework of procurement of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and SK-Pharmacia.

KZT 13,000), including VAT; over KZT 5 million – 1.8%, including VAT 0 KZT – issuance fee for the first 5 guarantees with an amount of up to KZT 3 million per guarantee under the Tender tariff package. The issuance fee for the 6th and each subsequent guarantee, as well as for guarantees with an amount exceeding KZT 3 million per guarantee, is 1% of the guarantee amount (minimum KZT 13,000)

Requirement for the registration period of a legal entity:

at least 6 months (if the registration period is between 3 and 6 months, turnover is required).

Before submitting the application, please ensure the following:

there are no unpaid bank fees;
there are no tax arrears;
there are no enforcement debts related to the company or the authorized signatory.

Customer (signatory) age requirement:

21 to (and including) 64 years.
