On amending the Accession Agreement for money transfer to bank accounts of individuals under the bank product ""Salary Project"" of JSC Halyk Bank”
We notify you that the Accession Agreement for money transfer to bank accounts of individuals under the bank product ""Salary Project"" of JSC Halyk Bank is added with three new clauses as follows:
1) 1.6. Conditions and tariffs for payment cards established by JSC Kazkommertsbank in relation to individuals (recipients) under contracts, the subject of which is the execution of the Client's instructions on money transfers related to the Client’s payment of wages, social and compensation payments provided by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other payments provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to bank accounts of individuals (current accounts and current accounts in the card database) or similar conditions entered into before 27 July 2018, are in force until the date of the first card re-issue for any reason of the date of this Agreement. After the first card re-issue of the date of this Agreement, the rates applied to individuals are available on the Bank’s website at the following address: www.halykbank.kz;
2) 3.3.12. comply with the requirements of the currency legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the payment of wages in foreign currency and is notified that foreign exchange transactions between residents are prohibited;
3) 7.13. All agreements concluded between the Client and JSC Halyk Bank, JSC Kazkommertsbank, the subject of which is the execution of the Client's instructions on money transfers related to the Client’s payment of wages, social and compensation payments provided by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other payments provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to bank accounts of individuals (current accounts and current accounts in the card database) or similar conditions entered into before 27 July 2018, are considered to have been terminated by agreement of the Parties from the date of this Agreement, except for the conditions of these agreements applicable to tariffs for individuals (recipients), which remain valid until the occurrence of the conditions specified in clause 1.6. here of.
The Agreement is amended with effect from 28 December 2018.
If you disagree with the amendments to the Agreement, you may terminate the Agreement by contacting the Bank and submitting a written application for termination of the Agreement prior to the date of introduction of the amendments.
