Halyk started financing businesses under the state program “Orleu”
Halyk concluded agreement with Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC on participation in “Orleu” product for further financing of micro, small and medium-sized private entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurs have an opportunity to get business loan at preferential rate of 12.6% per annum (Annual Effective Interest Rate is up to 13,7% per annum).
Maximum loan amount is up to KZT 7 billion for investments and up to KZT 3.5 billion for working capital.
Priority sectors of the economy for preferential lending:
- manufacturing industry (production of foodstuffs, textiles, clothing, chemical industry products, basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceuticals, rubber and plastic products, electrical equipment, furniture);
- transportation and warehousing (cargo and passenger transportation, warehousing services);
- tourism (providing services by hotels, campgrounds);
- education (school and pre-school education with state orders);
- healthcare (medical centers, multi-profile clinics).
