Notification of Changes to Halyk Invest Internal Documents

We hereby inform you that, effective from August 29, 2025, the Agreement on the provision of brokerage services and nominal holding services (accession) and the Rules for the implementation of brokerage activities in the securities market for individuals JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") will take effect in a new edition.
You can review the updated terms of the Agreement and the Rules* in the "Brokerage Services" section on the Bank's official website in the list of documents.
* The Rules will take effect for new clients from the date of approval, August 29, 2025, and for existing clients (as of August 29, 2025) from September 15, 2025.
