Revision of early repayment terms
Terms of revision conditions for loan agreements concluded from 01.07.2016 to 30.08.2022.
Halyk Bank JSC (the “Bank”) within the framework of implementation of the Action Plan agreed with the regulator on the results of application of supervisory response to the Bank, hereby informs that customers who repaid loans ahead of schedule from 01.07.2016 to 30.08.2022 under bank loan agreements are available to revise the terms of early repayment with the return to customers overpaid to the Bank amounts of penalties.
Customers who have received relevant notifications from the Bank in HALYK mobile app and (or) SMS-messages can submit a written application to any nearest outlet within the period from 01.07.2024 to 01.10.2024 and/or sending a copy of the signed application to the Bank's e-mail pdp.info@halykbank.kz.
