On Amendments to the Accession Agreement for Opening a Current Account in the Card Database and Servicing a Corporate Payment Card
Dear customers of the Bank!
We inform you about the following changes to the Agreement of Accession for opening a current account in the card database and servicing a corporate payment card (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement)
Terminate business relations with the Client by unilaterally refusing to fulfill the Agreement in the following cases:
- Liquidation of the Client as a legal entity;
- Removal of the Client from consideration as an individual entrepreneur: if you are excluded from the register of private entrepreneurs or persons holding various parties.
The amendments to the Agreement shall come into effect from 30 September 2024.
In case of disagreement with amendments to the Agreement, you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a written application to the Bank outlet.
