Regarding the creation of a subsidiary organization – Halyk Lab
On 4 October 2024, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market granted Halyk Bank JSC permission to establish Halyk Lab LLP as a subsidiary. On 6 November 2024, the Bank officially became a 100% owner of the newly established business.
According to the Charter, Halyk Lab LLP’s primary business will be the development, sale, production of software utilized in financial companies’ operations, and the provision of installation and support services for such software.
A minimum amount of investment in the company’s authorized capital is planned from the outset. As the business’s operations progress, additional capital investments will be taken into consideration.
