From 10 to 20 October 2025, the Financial Monitoring Agency will hold a national dictation on financial security under the auspices of “Zan men Tartip” and “Adal Azamat” concepts and to mark the 30^th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The initiative is primarily focused on increasing the population's knowledge of financial security, developing protection skills against fraudulent schemes and fostering a responsible attitude towards financial issues.

Anyone can take part in the dictation, regardless of age or level of education. The test is completely free and will be held online on the platform https://amlacademy.kz/finiq, allowing participants to join the dictation using a smartphone, tablet or any other gadget. The tasks are divided into levels of difficulty. Therefore, anyone can test its knowledge and prepare for real-life situations involving financial risks and fraud.

Participants will be able to read information on financial literacy in advance and thereafter they will have several attempts to pass the exam.

Based on the dictation results, everyone will receive personalized certificates, and participants with the best results will get special prizes from Halyk Bank - project's general partner.
